Arrival - Registration

Sunday July 6th:

• From 03:00 to 06:00 pm: registration at the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus of Sorbonne University (number 1 on the map). Métro Jussieu.

• Your identity (and luggage) will be confirmed and inspected at the entrance.

Monday July 7th:

• From 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.: registration at the TCS 2025 booth at the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus of Sorbonne University (number 1 on the map), between towers 44 and 45, before and during the opening session. Look for the banners.

• From 12:30 to 06:00 p.m.: on TCS 2025 booth at the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus of Sorbonne University (number 1 on the map), between towers 44 and 45,.

Tuesday July 8th:

• From 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.: on TCS 2025 booth

No registration on Wednesday July 9th Free to visit Paris

Thursday July 10th:

• From 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. on TCS 2025 booth

  All participants in the 2025 TCS Summer Meeting and members of The Crustacean Society in particular, are invited to attend the General Assembly of the TCS on July 10th at 3:00 p.m. in the Amphithéâtre Verniquet at the National Museum of Natural History.
  
  

The badge will be requested all along theTCS2025, on all congress sites (sessions, cocktail, exhibition, dinner, ...).

Luggage is strictly forbidden on all sites. On Thursday, a luggage deposit will be organized.
