Wine and Cheese Buffet

On Sunday July 6th from 5 pm to 7 pm, we invite you to enjoy a wine and cheese welcome buffet following the registration to the meeting, at the Sorbonne Université campus.

Cocktail Dinatoire

(included in the registration fees)

On Monday July 7th from 6 pm to 11 pm, we invite you to enjoy amazing entertainment and a typical French buffet during a "cocktail dinatoîre" in the Tropical Aquarium of the Palais de la Porte Dorée.

During this party, you will have the opportunity to visit the Tropical Aquarium that houses a huge diversity of aquatic animals (about 15,000 animals, 500 species), from marine species to crocodiles and freshwater fishes. You can set off in search of the dozen or so species of crustaceans that live in the 80 tanks of the Tropical Aquarium!

Gala dinner

(not included in the registration fees)

The Gala Dinner will take place on the Seine River on the evening of Thursday, July 10th.

We will leave from the Jardin des Plantes (Quai Saint Bernard) at 7:15 p.m. and have dinner during the trip while we cruise the Seine River. The cruise will finish at the Eiffel Tower around 11:30 p.m. Afterwards, you are free to enjoy the night in Paris.

Because of limited available space, children (younger than 12) are unfortunately not allowed on the cruise. Very limited slots for are available for children 12-18.

The Paris Metros stop between midnight and 1:00 a.m. The last city buses leave around 11:50 p.m. After this time, Paris has special night buses, Noctilien, with their own itineraries and fewer stops. See the web site ratp.fr for more information.

Alternatively, taxis and Uber are a very easy but more expensive way to get around in Paris.
