Wine and Cheese Buffet (included in the registration fees)

On Sunday July 6th from 6 pm to 8 pm, we invite you to enjoy a wine and cheese welcome buffet following the registration to the meeting, at the Sorbonne Université campus.

Cocktail Dinatoire (included in the registration fees)

On Monday July 7th from 6 pm to 11 pm, we invite you to enjoy amazing entertainment and a typical French buffet during a "cocktail dinatoîre" in the Tropical Aquarium of the Palais de la Porte Dorée.

During this party, you will have the opportunity to visit the Tropical Aquarium that houses a huge diversity of aquatic animals (about 15,000 animals, 750 species), from marine species to crocodiles and freshwater fishes. Eagle eyes will also spot some crustacean species!

Gala dinner (not included in the registration fees)

The Gala Dinner will take place on the Seine River on Thursday, 10th evening.

We will leave from the Jardin des Plantes (Port de Bercy) at 7:15 pm and have dinner during the trip while we cruise the Seine River. The cruise will finish at the Eiffel Tower around 11:00 p.m. Afterwards, you will be free to enjoy the night in Paris…

Because of limited available space, children are unfortunately not allowed on the cruise.
